Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.45pm-6.54pm
In person / Online at We Are Wellness
15 mins of guided mindfulness practice such as mindful breathing or body scan.
10 mins of relaxation skills training (breathwork, muscle relaxation, relaxing imagery)
20 mins of deep relaxation (lie down and follow a guided mediation with positive affirmations)
A great introduction to mindfulness and relaxation.
